Sweatin’ it

Relapse.  That is what I have done.  After a few good weeks of saving (for Japan) I have totally gone loco.  Including this amazing Zara varsity style sweater dress which I purchased a couple of weeks ago at the Bourke St store.  The lime green star details on the cuffs give a jersey style all american feel to the dress.   Tomorrow I'm off to the Friend of Mine sample sale, which I'm dying for as I love every single piece of theirs. 

In other news I have a been busy flat chat, and having an over whelming response to customer orders for my label which I recently launched.  Last week I was contacted by a company with some very exciting news but I will wait until I know the final outcome which then I will share!

Being so busy I decided it was time I became a coffee drinker, by drinking coffee I mean drinking sickly sweet caramel lattes which I did then come to learn are fucking terrible for you.  Ace.

Everything’s comin’ up milhouse!

Hope everyone had as much fun an me over the Easter Long weekend and ate plenty treats! Now I cannot look at another chocolate Easter bunny...

At the start of this year there was a lot of un-certainty for what 2013 was going to bring. Last year I had goals and plans for this year that I am fulfilling and it feels so fucking good! I've been working so much for Japan lately that I've had to delay launching my first range. But last week we finally shot the rest of the clothing which will be available very soon. I'm haven't started selling any of the clothes yet but it's such a confidence booster to have people already wanting to order.

The last month has been go, go, go working to save for Japan, sewing and shooting the garments for the online store which should be up this week...!

So this explains my absence from blogging, I am meant to be doing LMFF but I'm not sure if its going to be able to fit into my time schedule which sucks as I had been really looking forward to it.  Iv'e been receiving quite a few emails with people asking me when the web store will be up and running which is re-assuring! If you follow my Facebook page that has constant up dates.  

Back to the outfit, I recently picked up this Ragged Priest shirt up from Lay-buy (now I can only lay-buy as im saving) which is frikken insane, I love how baggy and oversized it is.  The Lipstick sneakers are from the Iconic which were dirt cheap on sale, as I cant afford a fancy pair of Nike ones!

Falling into place.

I don't even know where to begin, the last two months have been a roller coaster ride of high's and low's and finally everything is falling into place.  Today I booked flights to Japan where I'll be staying in Tokyo for three weeks.  Japan has always been the place I have most wanted to visit and I cant actually believe I'm fucking going.  YAY!  I also decided a couple of months ago that I really wanted to do my own thing since finishing my three year Fashion course. I have slowly started putting these ideas into motion.  I love street wear and thats what I'll be designing. Hopefully in about three weeks time the website should be up and running and my clothing will be for sale. I have just started a part time job in the city (Melbourne) which allows me to still pursue my other plans!

Easy come easy go

Not too much is news so for now just a quick post.  In the next couple of weeks I'll be posting up a few things I currently have in motion.  ex oh ex oh
